Business Analyst | London
Purpose of the Job
You will improve business processes throughout the organization by providing valuable insight into true business needs elicited via skilful use of empathy, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and politely challenging the status quo. You will be a catalyst for change.

Your yearning for learning will allow you to contribute to driving the business analysis team forward in terms of business analysis practices.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
·         Eliciting, validating, prioritizing and documenting business and technical requirements using a variety of methods suitable for Agile delivery, such as:
o    user journeys
o    activity diagrams
o    wireframes and low fidelity prototypes
o    requirements documentation
·    Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from underlying true needs
·         Assisting Project Managers with analysis phase planning and project delivery
·         Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyse information needs, functional requirements and business processes
·         Serving as an intermediary between the customer community and the software development team
·         Collaborating with developers and technical architects to understand technology limitations, recommendations and development options
·         Successfully engaging in multi-system/ multi-team initiatives, with a focus on data integration and system integration projects

Essential Criteria:
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar
·         Advanced technical understanding and ability to familiarise quickly with technical concepts of a project
·         Ability to translate complex data into insightful stories within a fast paced development environment
  • Experience of planning and management of analysis activities through delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
·         Excellent interpersonal, influencing and decision making skills
·         Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·         Experience in working within an Agile environment

Desktop Support Engineer | London
Purpose of Job:
To support the user base of an energetic and growing company, delivering world class service as part of a dynamic and highly motivated team.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
·         Assure continuity of the computer desktop and laptop system for all users
·         Answering calls on the Service Desk and provide technical assistance and advice to users on both existing and new services.
·         Proactively work from Cherwell the IT Ticket Management tool.
·         Install software and hardware.
·         Repair and support equipment as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service
·         Be part of an on-call out-of-hours support team

Software Developer (.Net, WPF) | London
Purpose of Job
Working within a highly specialised in-house scrum IT development department, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality systems throughout the development life cycle. You will be working with a talented and motivated team of developers, who work daily on many bespoke systems and software solutions which are critical to the needs of the business.  

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
  • Assessment and planning of development efforts required for new functions/features under development
  • Coding - code review and unit testing activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that user stories are delivered in an incremental fashion and delay and hand off between Development and QA is minimised.
  • Carry out all tasks in adherence with agile process and engineering/QA best practices, and ensure output of the team adheres to the agreed definition of done.
  • Collaborate with team members on application architecture and design to ensure that the approaches and technologies applied to current implementation work are sound and fit for purpose
  • Contribute to the estimation of user stories as part of the release and iteration planning activities
  • Fully participate in iteration retrospectives and collaborate with team members to ensure that the team inspect and adapt and continuously improve performance.

DevOps Engineer | London
Purpose of Job:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and looking to work in a diverse, fast paced team. We are currently moving towards a significantly more automated environment and are looking for someone who is keen to take up the challenge. You will be working in a mixed team with a variety of skill sets, and project ownership will be key. You’ll be tasked with large, challenging projects and will be expected not only deliver end-to-end solutions, but to also liaise and work effectively with Project Managers and key stake holders.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
·         Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving: must display ability to troubleshoot in-depth problems.
·         The ability to build easily maintainable automation solutions, to replace or augment manual infrastructure processes.
·         Build and support customisations to enhance the efficiency of existing systems.
·         Bring together physical and virtual resources in all spheres of IT including storage, networking, hardware and software.

§  Demonstrable knowledge with multiple Operating Systems, specifically Windows Server and Unix/Linux

§  Strong written and verbal communication skills must be displayed. The candidate must be able to understand requirements and communicative effectively with various stakeholders
§  Excellent attitude towards work: candidate must be willing to learn new technologies, often as a self-study exercise. Must be dynamic and willing to change focus if necessary
§  Must be willing to do reasonable after-hours standby and support if required (this is usually done on a 1 week on / 3 weeks off basis)
§  Must display ownership of work, and go above and beyond when required.
